Forest J. Farmer Forest J. Farmer has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer & President of The Farmer Group, a holding company for three technology and manufacturing corporations, since 1998. Mr. Farmer serves on the Board of Directors of Saturn Electronics & Engineering, Inc., a global supplier of electronic components, engineering and other services to the automotive, appliance and communications industries. From 1997 to September 2011, Mr. Farmer was a member of the Board of Directors of The Lubrizol Corporation, serving on the Compensation Committee. In 1994, he retired from Chrysler Corporation after 26 years of service, which included six years as President of its Acustar automotive parts subsidiary. |
