AccuGear®, Inc. is dedicated to advanced-process forging and precision finishing in the manufacture of gears and other net-shaped forged components. AccuGear® technologies and products include cold and warm forging of net-shaped differential gears, machining of net-shaped differential gears, forging and machining of constant velocity joint inner races and forging of net-shaped brake components. Additional products include suspension sockets, trunnions, airbag components and transmission gears. On-site metallurgical testing, ranging from chemistry validation through macro-etching and hardness testing, help assure the highest levels of precision quality.

Colfor Manufacturing produces forged and finished machined transmission shafts, hypoid drive pinions, propeller shafts, transmission gears and wheel spindles among other products. Colfor specializes in precision cold and warm forging with full capability to finish machine and heat treat. The Colfor facilities contribute to AAM's product line, providing both customer and product diversification in supplying products to the automotive, agricultural, motorcycle and heavy truck markets.
