Quality Standards
Based on the global ISO / TS 16949 quality standards, all of AAM's facilities have achieved and are maintaining ISO / TS 16949 certification.

One of the metrics used to monitor customer feedback is the parts per million (PPM) metric. With over 40 million parts being delivered to our customers annually, our performance is in the single digit PPM - which is world-class standard.

AAM continues its focus on consistently achieving Six Sigma performance levels (3.4 ppm or better) at all facilities.

At AAM, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our top priorities.
